Every item is engraved to order. Most orders are engraved and dispatched within 2-3 working days. After dispatch, UK delivery usually takes 1–2 working days with Royal Mail Tracked 48, or the next working day if you choose express. Large orders, event orders and custom designs can take longer, and we'll give you a timeframe when you order. Need it for a particular date? Add a note at checkout or message us before you order, and we'll do our best to help.
Yes. Eid is our busiest time of year, so we publish last order dates on our website and social media a few weeks before each Eid. Ordering early is the best way to make sure your gift arrives on time. Orders placed after the cut-off are still made as quickly as possible, but we can't guarantee they'll arrive before Eid.
Yes. We engrave in both Arabic and English, and we can include names, duas, Qur'anic verses and short phrases. Please type the Arabic exactly as you'd like it to appear, with or without harakat (vowel marks). If you're unsure of a spelling, just ask. You're also welcome to send your own design, logo or calligraphy. A high-quality file works best: [SVG, PDF or a high-resolution PNG with a clear background]. We'll check it works for engraving and send you a proof to approve before we start. Please only send designs that you own or have permission to use.
All our jewellery, brooches, bookmarks, keyrings, pens, watches and tumblers are made from premium stainless steel. Stainless steel is strong, hypoallergenic for most people, and resistant to rust and tarnish, so it's ideal for everyday wear.
To keep your pieces looking their best, remove them before swimming or using cleaning products, avoid perfume sprays directly on the metal, and wipe them with a soft cloth.
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout, and international orders usually arrive within 5–10 working days after dispatch. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Yes. We bring live engraving to weddings, nikahs, aqiqahs, Eid events, corporate days, brand activation and school or mosque events. Guests choose an item and watch it being personalised on the spot, which makes a memorable favour and a great talking point.

We cover all of london , and travel may be charged outside areas. Dates book up quickly, especially around Eid and wedding season, so please contact us at with your date, location and guest numbers for a quote.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, we'd love to help. We regularly make bulk orders such as gifts for staff, gifts for mosque volunteers and madrasah teachers, school leavers' gifts, wedding favours and branded corporate gifts. We can engrave individual names on every item or add your logo.
Discounts are available on orders of [20] or more items. Please get in touch at engravedprints@gmail.com with what you need, how many and your deadline, and we'll send you a quote and a proof. For urgent orders, please contact us with date in mind.

Orders & Returns
Because personalised items are made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. This includes items with spelling or details that match what you entered at checkout. Please check your names, dates and spellings carefully before you order. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or we've made a mistake with your engraving, contact us within [7] days of delivery at engravedprints@gmail.com with a photo. We'll replace it free of charge or give you a full refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights. Non-personalised items can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
