Delivery Policy
At Engraved Prints, every personalized item is made to order. We aim to prepare your order carefully and deliver it as efficiently as possible.
1. Order Processing and Dispatch
Most orders are engraved and dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Large orders, event orders, and custom designs may take longer. If your order requires additional preparation time, we will provide an estimated timeframe when you place your order.
If you need an item for a particular date, please add a note at checkout or contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed.
2. UK Delivery
After dispatch, UK delivery usually takes:
Royal Mail Tracked 48: 1–2 working days.
Express delivery: The next working day, when the express option is selected and available.
These are estimated delivery times after dispatch, not from the date you place your order. Order processing and engraving time must also be allowed for.
3. Delivery Charges
We advertise free shipping on orders over £50.
Please check the delivery options and charges displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
4. International Delivery
We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
International orders usually arrive within 5–10 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and the local delivery service.
International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Eid and Seasonal Orders
Eid is a particularly busy period for personalized gifts. We publish seasonal last-order dates on our website and social media ahead of each Eid.
We recommend ordering early to allow sufficient time for engraving and delivery. Orders placed after the published cutoff may still be processed as quickly as possible, but arrival before Eid cannot be guaranteed.
6. Large, Bulk, and Event Orders
Bulk orders, corporate gifts, event favors, and custom designs may require additional processing time.
Please contact us before ordering with your requirements, quantity, destination, and deadline so we can confirm the expected timeframe.
For live engraving events, please contact us with your event date, location, and estimated guest numbers.
7. Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and delivery details.
